Consider a Pause instead?

If you’d prefer to temporarily pause your membership rather than cancel, you can submit a Membership Freeze Request. This option is what most members do which allows you to take a break and pause your payments without fully ending your membership.

“No Fee” Termination Options:

We get it. Life circumstances can change, and we want to make the process as fair and straightforward as possible. You may be eligible to terminate your membership without penalty in the following cases:

  • Medical Reasons: If a medical condition prevents you from using your membership, you may terminate it without a fee by submitting a doctor’s note. The note should clearly outline the medical necessity for termination.

  • Relocating Outside Hong Kong: If you move away from Hong Kong, you may terminate without penalty. To process this, we’ll need proof of your relocation. Acceptable proof includes: A utility bill (e.g., electricity, water, or internet) in your name at the new address. A lease agreement or property deed for your new residence.
