Life circumstances change. If either of these applies to you, you can terminate without penalty.

Medical Reasons

If a medical condition prevents you from using your membership, submit a doctor's note clearly outlining the medical necessity for termination, and the fee is waived.

Relocating Outside Hong Kong

Moving away waives the fee too. We'll need proof of relocation: a utility bill in your name at the new address, or a lease agreement or property deed for your new residence.
