The stuff people actually ask
What's your guarantee policy?
All our memberships come with a no-risk, 14-day guarantee for first-time members. Let us know within 14 days of your first session, and we'll issue a full refund.
I'm not very fit. Will I feel out of place?
No. This is not a loud, ego-driven gym environment. Most members here are professionals, parents, and teachers — intelligent, capable people who just want structured guidance. We coach quietly, professionally, and with respect. You don't need to be athletic or fit. You need to be willing and open-minded.
What if I have a specific injury or limitation?
Our certified trainers have a range of rehab and corrective exercise backgrounds, so they can tailor exercises to your injuries or limitations. You stay active, and you stay safe.
I'm on a GLP-1 medication. Can you still train me?
Yes. We regularly work with clients on GLP-1 medications and adjust programming for the changes in appetite, energy, and recovery that come with it. Bring us up to speed in the intro session and we'll build around it.
How often do people typically train?
Most of our semi-private members train three times a week. That's the sweet spot for building strength, feeling better, and seeing incredible results. Most of our 1-on-1 personal training clients train twice a week, especially if they're easing back into movement or managing old injuries.
How long are the sessions?
Each session is around 50 minutes, so it fits easily into a busy schedule. You'd be amazed what that consistent rhythm can do for your energy, confidence, and quality of life.
The key isn't doing more. It's doing what works: consistently, safely, and with real support.
What if I travel a lot for work?
You're not alone — HK professional schedules are rarely linear. We'll give you a travel workout plan and adjust the in-studio schedule around your trips.
What facilities are available?
A private shower and changing room stocked with Bathe to Basics products for members. A cozy lounge area for a pre- or post-workout drink. Snacks and supplements available for purchase. And a private treatment room, with member discounts on physiotherapy and massage.
What is the studio dress code?
Members are encouraged to leave their shoes at the door and go barefoot. Socks are also cool. Read our studio etiquette.
How much does personal training cost?
Pricing depends on the level of service you want, whether injuries are present, frequency for your goal, and program length. Book a free consultation to receive a custom quote based on your goals.
