How Freezing Works

Included With Every Membership

One free freeze, up to 4 weeks, per 3-month period
After that, HK$50/week for as long as you need
Additional weeks are paid in full at the start of your freeze

Always Free

Medical freezes, with a doctor's note detailing the necessity
Memberships are automatically frozen during Challenges

Before You Submit

Please Note

📆You must select a freeze start date at least 3 business days from today.

✅Your next billing cycle is suspended for the duration you request, and resumes automatically once the freeze period ends.

🧾Any suspended payments are added to the end of your agreement, extending your membership term by the length of the freeze.
