To take advantage of one of our PF Membership Freezes, simply fill out the form below.

Once you submit, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Please Note:

📆 You must select a Freeze Start Date AT LEAST 3 business days from today.

✅ Your next billing cycle will be suspended for the duration you requested and will automatically resume once the freeze period has ended.

🧾 Any suspended payments will be added onto the initial term of your agreement, extending your Membership term by the length of the freeze.

Here are the freeze details:

All Memberships include one (1) Free Freeze (anywhere in length from 1-4 weeks). After that, just pay $50 per week to freeze as long as you need.

FREE Freezes:

Medical freezes are always complimentary if you provide a note from your doctor detailing the medical necessity of your freeze.
Memberships are automatically frozen during Challenges.
