Yes. If your goals shift or a program isn't feeling right, your trainer will adjust. We'd rather you thrive on a different program than stick with one that isn't working.
Yes. Basic nutrition plans are included with all programs. We don't hand you a 40-page meal plan, but we do give you actionable guidance that supports your specific program goal.
Tell us in the intro session. Most injuries can be trained around and some programs like Bulletproof Back and Posture Fix are specifically designed to address them. We've trained clients through all sorts of conditions.
No. This is not a loud, ego-driven gym environment. Most members in this program are professionals, parents, teachers — intelligent, capable people who just want structured guidance. We coach quietly. We coach professionally and with respect. You don’t need to be athletic or fit. You need to be willing and open-minded.
– Shower/Changing Rooms – We have a private shower and changing room with Bathe to Basics shower gels, dry shampoo, spray deodorants available only to PF members.
