It is a really chance for ppl who want to begin an exercise routine and wanna learn from professional coaches but don’t know how and where to start, also feel intimidated by many big-box gym environments. My real experience, the location is pretty nice as it just few mins away from Central MTR. The venue is excellent, v clean and spacious for exercise. Coaches are v nice and professional. They will givr demo and give details explaination for each exercises. Small class training, easy for us to learn and ask questions when neccessary.
Your free session is the perfect way to start strong. You’ll meet with one of our certified trainers to discuss your goals and challenges, followed by a fun, movement-packed session on the gym floor, so come dressed to move. Afterward, you’ll leave with a personalized road map outlining everything we discussed along with an action plan on exactly what to do to reach your goal.
