Booking & Cancellation Policies

Group Personal Training Booking Windows:

  • The latest members can book a time slot (group personal training only) 6 hours before it begins and anytime outside of that.

  • The earliest members can book a group personal training session is 7 days before the start of a class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the advanced nature of class enrollment, we are not always able to fill last-minute vacancies created by cancellations or class switches. Therefore, we have created policies that we feel are both accommodating to our members and fair to PF. Please review the policies below, as these policies are binding when you register with us.

How to Cancel a Visit

There are three types of cancellations:

  1. Early Cancellations:

    Group Personal Training reservations may be canceled with no penalty 6 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cannot make your appointment and it’s outside 6 hours before the start of the workout, we ask that you cancel your spot. Your credit will be refunded to you, and this courtesy will allow another member to book your spot, and you will avoid any cancellation fees.

  2. Late Cancellations:

    For Group Personal Training Memberships members: If you late cancel your spot within 6 hours, you will be charged a Late Cancel Fee of $100 for each missed appointment. These rarely happen, and if it’s your first time, we will usually let it go, but try to let us know early in advance the moment you know you can’t make it to a workout. Please cancel your booking via the PF app or online. Do not email, call, or message us asking us to do it for you — just cancel ASAP.

  3. No-Shows: 

    For Group Personal Training members: If you are a no-show for a class (not showing up to a booked class), you will be charged a No-Show Fee of $100 for each missed appointment. 
    These charges are processed automatically on the day following the incident. These rarely happen, and if it’s your first time, we will usually let it go, but try to let us know early in advance the moment you know you can’t make it to a workout. Please cancel your booking via the PF app or online. Do not email, call, or message us asking us to do it for you — just cancel ASAP.

    Freebies:

    1 Freebie every 60 days (because we know life happens). We get it. Life Happens! And we understand there are times and good reasons to late cancel/no show, which is why we’ve built in Freebies. Every 60 days, you’ll be excused for 1 no-show/late-cancel. 

If we cancel a GPT session, we will contact you using the phone number and/or email that you provided upon registration and also issue a refund back to your account.

Personal Training

Personal Training Sessions (one-to-one) cancellations must occur within 12 hours prior to your scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in the client forfeiting the session and no payment reimbursement will be granted.

To cancel an appointment, please log into your online account and click the cancel button or call your coach at Precision Fitness, and we will gladly assist you.

WAIVER & RELEASE POLICY

Considering being allowed to participate in Precision Fitness HK programs and using equipment, facilities, and services, I agree to all the terms and conditions stated. By joining Precision Fitness HK, I discharge all staff and employees from all claims or liabilities, injuries, loss, or damage to my person and/or property, including those arising out of or connected with my participation in any activities, programs, or services of Precision Fitness HK including claims or liabilities caused or contributed to by the negligence of staff and employees.

I have also been informed, understand, and am aware that strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercise, including the use of equipment, are potentially hazardous activities. I have also been informed, understand, and am aware that fitness activities, including those performed on artificial grass, sand, or uneven surfaces, involve a risk of injury, including a remote risk of death or serious disability, and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the dangers involved and on the basis that it is my responsibility to seek medical advice at to the suitability of such exercise for my having regard to my age, level of fitness and overall health.

I recognize that the trainer cannot provide me with medical advice concerning my medical fitness and that the information is used as a guideline to the limitations of my ability to exercise safely. I certify that the information I have given on this form is complete and accurate.

PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY

All class packages, unused sessions of a package, or membership are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

Precision Fitness HK is committed to providing a safe environment for all its employees and clients, free from harassment and discrimination, in any form, including sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is in direct violation of our core values of mutual respect and creating a safe environment, and Precision Fitness HK has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment in our facility.

This policy applies to both company staff and clients regardless of gender, sex, sexual orientation, race, level, function, seniority, status, or other protected characteristics.
