The 6 week challenge includes unlimited access to small group workouts, a custom workout plan, a simple to follow nutrition plan, and tons of accountability from a Certified Trainer and community of bad-ass members. You will also receive before/after photos and measurements to show off all your hard work!
The 6 week challenge is suitable for those who have around 10 or more pounds to lose, or want to lose up to 1% total body weight per week. It is a program perfect for those who are looking to make changes for a healthy lifestyle but aren’t sure where to start.
We start a new group about every 7 weeks. The next challenge will start soon. Please submit your interest to join as we only take on 6 people per group.
Great question! It depends on several things such as your weight, age, current fitness regime, goals, etc. At PF, we believe that sustainable fat loss is 0.6-1.9 Ib (0.3-0.9 kg) per week. We have had members go through previous programs and lose as much as 20 Ib (9.09kg) in six weeks, but we care more about the overall picture of your results, including metrics other than just weight. Blood work, strength, the way your clothes fit, and what you see in the mirror are all equally important aspects of the total body transformation that occurs during the challenge.
6wk participants will enjoy the flexibility our members enjoy with our fit concierge model in which you can enjoy time-slots to workout every 30-minutes. Although we strongly encourage you to pre-book your workouts in advance, we realize life is unpredictable. Therefore, you are always more than welcome to book your own workouts 24 hours in advance. You can see our current schedule here. Lastly, we do not have an open gym model whereby you can come workout anytime of the day. This is to maintain a high level of service to our members who value a private studio experience.
Although the female and male training programs differ massively, we found total body workouts that include a combination of weights, cable machines, bands, kettlebells, and body weight movements sometimes, using suspension trainers (TRX) works best.
Female clients generally say their muscles feel like they’re “on fire” while men say “pumped.”
In addition, the workouts are designed to teach your body to use carbs (glucose) appropriately and more fat when you’re not in the studio with us.

Yes! However, participants are required to pay an initial deposit to join. Participants who hit their goal will be eligible to receive a 100% refund. We basically pay you to crush your goal with us!
