Your Membership Will Auto-Renew Unless...

Your Membership will renew automatically for the same duration and rate, unless you complete the Membership Termination Form online or over the phone at least 28 days in advance of your renewal date.

All Sales Are Final
All memberships come with a no-risk, 30-day guarantee. All first-time members who have not previously been a part of PF may terminate their agreement with a full refund within 30-days of your first class. If you decide along your journey with us that PF is not a good fit for you in the first month, just let us know and we’ll help you find a company that will.

Use it or Lose it
Your memberships are for a limited number of sessions each month. During the term of your agreement, a new allocation of credits is available for your use every month, starting with your monthly auto-payment and expiring on the same day of the following month. Your unused credits will not carry over, so plan your sessions in advance and protect that s**t! Because why wouldn’t you? This is YOUR time, after all.

Your Auto-Payment Occurs Every 4 Weeks
All memberships will be billed every 4 weeks, unless you have a prepaid membership. A charge of $200 will be made for any cheques/payments returned due to non-payment.

You Agree to be Loving and Kind
You agree to accept all studio etiquette and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by Precision Fitness HK, for the use of PF training facilities, premises, and equipment therein, and PF reserves the right to revoke this membership for cause if you fail to keep and follow any of such etiquette and regulations, or for reasons of nuisance, disturbance of other members or staff, or fraud.

Need to Freeze Your Membership?
That’s cool! Need to head out of town for some R&R? Or just have a business trip coming up? We gotchu’ covered! You may choose to take time off from training, in which case, you must inform us by email or in person, at least 3 business days in advance for us to process your request. Here are the details for freezing:

- You can place your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for up to four weeks per 3-month period. After that, just pay $50 per week to freeze as long as you need.
- Additional weeks are paid in full at the start of your freeze period.
- Memberships are automatically frozen during Challenges.
- Medical exceptions are always assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Your billing will be suspended for the duration of the freeze. The billing will automatically resume with the new billing date once the freeze period has ended. Any suspended payments will be charged onto the initial term of your agreement, extending the Membership term by the length of the freeze.

Please allow 3 business days for us to process your request. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Need to Change Your Membership?
We want to make changing your membership simple!

You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Please know that downgrading your membership will result in restarting the clock — meaning that your membership term will start again at the beginning of your 1 year term.

Let our team know and please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but our magic has some limitations.

If You Need To Terminate Your Membership...
If you do decide that PF is not a good fit for you now, we want to make the “break-up” as painless as possible.

Terminating at the end of your current agreement: There is no charge as long as you give us sufficient time to process your termination. We’ll miss you.

- Terminating a Membership Early: Early termination of a 1 year agreement is a flat fee of $4000, except for the “no fee” reasons listed below.

- Cancel Anytime Memberships: You can cancel anytime after your first 8 weeks! Please give us 2 weeks advanced notice, if possible.

- “No Fee” Terminations: If you have a medical issue that prevents you from using your membership, you may be allowed to terminate without penalty by providing a note from your doctor detailing the medical necessity of the termination. If you move and your new home is more than 10 miles (16km) from our studio, you may terminate without penalty, provided that you lived within 10 miles (16km) of the studio when you began your membership.

Other Random Details That You Need To Know:

Your Membership belongs to you; you can’t give it to anyone else. It is expressly understood and agreed that this Agreement is not assignable or transferable by the member and no rights or privileges granted by this Membership can be transferred or assigned by Member

We can take your pic, ‘cause you amazing. Any pictures, audio, or visual recordings taken of you at Precision Fitness or other official PF events, workshops, and/or sessions can be used for publication, promotion, articles, shows, and advertisement without additional consent and without compensation.

Liability Waiver
In consideration of being allowed to participate in Precision Fitness HK programs and the use of equipment, facilities, and services, I agree to all the terms and conditions stated. By joining Precision Fitness HK I discharge all staff and employees from all claims or liabilities, injuries, loss, or damage to my person and/or property, including those arising out of, or connected with my participation in any activities, programs, or services of Precision Fitness HK including claims or liabilities caused or contributed to by the negligence of staff and employees.

I have also been informed, understand, and am aware that strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercise, including the use of equipment are potentially hazardous activities. I have also been informed, understand, and am aware that fitness activities, including those performed on artificial grass, sand, or uneven surfaces, involve a risk of injury, including a remote risk of death or serious disability, and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the dangers involved and on the basis that it is my responsibility to seek medical advice as to the suitability of such exercise for my having regard to my age, level of fitness and overall health.

I recognize that the trainer is not able to provide me with medical advice with regard to my medical fitness and that the information is used as a guideline to the limitations of my ability to exercise safely. I certify that the information I have given on this form is complete and accurate.
